I’ve wanted to try ceramic knives for a while now. I found them to be very odor and stain resistant which is great. Also, they’re dish washer safe and clean up very easily and well.

I've been so locked into steel knives for so long, I almost missed the revolution in ceramic knives. I'm glad I didn't. There are terrific.

My wife was slicing away while simultaneously saying "nice" with every cut. I was peeling away with the ceramic peeler and doing so with ease. This set is an absolute must for anyone who steps foot into a kitchen......I guess that means just about everyone..
